Robert
Domini is our founder and president. He has been in the
appraisal business since 1987, and founded Continental
Valuations 1988. His educational background includes degrees
in business and finance from the University
of Toledo and Bowling Green State University. Bob
received his MAI designation from the Appraisal
Institute in January of 1995. He is also a member of the IRWA, the International
Right of Way Association, and is a participant in Continuing
Legal Education seminars pertaining to Eminent Domain.
Although Bob still works on a wide variety of projects, his primary focus in recent years has been in litigation appraisals for eminent domain cases. Bob is a past President of the Cardinal Ohio Chapter of the Appraisal Institute and is the Chapter Services Chairman of Region V.
Bob continues to add to his many years of experience in the real estate industry outside of appraising. This includes the development of business properties, condominiums and the construction of single-family residences. For the last several years he has continued as an active investor in both residential and commercial properties.
Other activities of interest are memberships in the Perrysburg Rotary and the Toledo and Perrysburg Chambers of Commerce and the Wood County Economic Development Commission. Bob is a long-time board member of the Volunteers of America, a national organization which provides for the housing of individuals in need.
Pam
Casper is our Vice President and Treasurer. She has been with
Continental Valuations since 1993 and in the real
estate and construction
industries
since
1981. As the manager of both the Commercial and Right-of-Way
Divisions, she is responsible for supervising our appraisers
employed in these
areas.
While continuing to write both commercial and right of way appraisals,
Pam's primary focus is as a review appraiser for the Ohio Department
of Transportation.
Pam has been a State Certified General Appraiser since 1998 and has been an ODOT approved appraiser and review appraiser since 2001. Pam is an Associate Member of the Appraisal Institute and a member of the International Right of Way Association. She is currently pursuing the MAI designation of the Appraisal Institute, as well as the SRWA designation from the IRWA.
